  1. Schedule a FREE phone consultation

    My top priority is to set you up for success. Click on the button below to send an email, requesting a free consultation or simply give me a call at 931-304-2007. We will talk for about 15 minutes to briefly discuss why you’re seeking counseling. We do this to ensure we’re the right match to work with each other. At the end of the call, we will schedule an in-person or tele-health appointment. If for some reason you’d be best served by another specialist, I will glad to refer you to another therapist.

  2. Initial Visit

    Your time is important and valuable. Prior to your first visit, I will email you intake paperwork via a secure portal. This includes general questions about demographics, personal history and presenting experiences/issues. There are several policies that you will review and sign. I will review the intake forms with you and ask more about what brings you to therapy. At the end of the session, payment is collected and get you scheduled for a follow up appointment. Intake paperwork needs to be submitted at least 24 hours before the initial appointment.

  3. Ongoing Therapy

    As a new client, I believe it’s important to schedule appointments weekly or biweekly appointments. This helps to get to know you, and of course for you to build trust and assurance in me that I can help.

    We will work to overcome feeling stuck and overwhelm. My top priority is setting you up for success so you can move through life with more ease and less distress. I want the absolute best for you.
